He was born on August 22, 1981 in Sakarya/TURKEY. He completed hiseducation at Sakarya Atatürk Primary School and Sakarya Anatolian High School. He started his medicine education at Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine which is the one of the best universtiy in medicine faculties in Turkey in 1999. After graduating in 2005, He started working at the Ministry of Health Ankara Education and Research Hospital Otorhinolaryngology and Head and NEck Surgery Department in the same year for 5 years and became an Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgeon specialist. After then in his profesional career, he worked in Mardin State Hospital for two years and performed lots of surgies that have never been done before in Mardin. After then, he started working as ASSİSTANT PROFESSOR in 2013 at Balıkesir University. In 2015 he passed the oral and written exam of EUROPEAN BOARD CERTİFİCATE OF OTORHİNLARYNGOLOGY HEAD AND NECK SURGEON SOCIETY and gained the EUROPEAN BOARD CERTİFİCATE İN 2015/VİENNA. He deserved the ASSOCİATE PROFESSOR title in 2016 AND PROFESSOR title in 2021. Dr. Haşmet YAZICI established the Balıkesir University Faculty of Medicine Otorhinolaryngology Clinic which is the one NATİONAL ACCREDİTED SURGICAL CLINIC in Balıkesir University Faculty of Medicine. Throughout his academic life, he worked as a member of the General Medicine Faculty and Department of Surgical Medicine Board of Directors. He took part in different administrative positions such as Problem-Based Teaching Method Term Coordinator. HE was deemed worthy by students as 'Most Popular Surgery Department Teacher of the Year Award' by Faculty of Medicine Alumni in 2021 and 2022. He worked as a member of Balıkesir University Faculty of Medicine Technology Transfer Committee He is still directing the technological research and innovation projects with his students. Also taking an active role in social responsibility projects such as being Red Crescent Board Secretary, and also being Balıkesir City Council member Starting from May 2023, He is being well experienced in nasal paranzal sinus surgeries, otologic surgeries and head and neck cancer surgeries such as pediatric surgeries. He had published over 40 international manuscript including original articles, reviews, case reports and surgical technique definitions and lots of national publications. He also overly took role as an invited speaker and moderator in national and international Otolaryngology Congress
