Cancer that begins in the sebaceous gland, which is the oil-secreting gland in your skin, is called sebaceous carcinoma. It is most commonly seen in the eyelids. It usually begins as a painless swelling of the eyelid, and as it grows, it bleeds or oozes. If it occurs on other body parts, it appears as a yellowish lump that bleeds. The treatment options include surgical excision of cancer with some healthy tissue surrounding it or radiation therapy if you cannot undergo surgery.
