Involuntary or uncontrollable movements in a limb or part of the body are called tremors. Tremors can occur while a person is at rest or while doing something. The common causes of tremors are dehydration, stress, aging, low blood sugar levels, too much caffeine, stroke, Parkinson's disease, alcoholism, and hyperthyroidism.
