Hello doctor,

I have low self-confidence and low self-esteem while dealing with people. I become nervous and start sweating. I think I suffer from social anxiety. I am afraid of interacting with my friends, especially girls.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I went through your query and understood your concern.

Fear and avoidance of social situations can be a part of your personality. The more you avoid, the worse your fear can get over you. I suggest you have at least one close friend with whom you can confide in your problems. In this way, you will be in comfort and will face less anxiety in social situations. Prefer to be in a group and not isolate yourself. Slowly, you will get over it. I also suggest you take a tablet of Panazep (Paroxetine and Clonazepam) 25 milligrams at night for a period of two weeks to help you ward off your anxiety. Kindly consult a specialist, talk with them, and take medicines with their consent. I hope this has helped you.

Thanks and regards.
