Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I get panic attacks and breathing difficulty during work due to suffocation. My colleagues criticise me. Please help.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

You have social anxiety. Follow the below steps;

1. I suggest tablet Alprazolam 0.5 mg twice daily before panic attacks if it happens always in the same period.

2. Practice mindfulness and breathing techniques.

3. Avoid alcohol and caffeine.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
