Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I feel useless. I want to change my current job but cannot find one. I failed for test and interview. It has been one month since I started to find a new job. My current job gives me moral sickness and stress because of my boss's behavior and indirect violence in the office. I have suicidal thoughts.

I have no right to suicide myself. Besides living for my parent, I do not have anything to enjoy in my life.

How can I come out of this problem?

Thank you.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

You seem to be suffering from adjustment problems at the workplace. The depressive symptoms are the result of the problem that you are facing. Life is never the same for everyone. It has ups and downs. You feel frustrated because of your low self-esteem. Focus on a new hobby. Give time for your physical fitness, and ignore the happenings at your workplace. It should not be carried home. Do what you think is right. Do not be sensitive to criticism. After all, life is much more than all these.

I prescribe the tablet Serta (Sertraline) 50 milligrams twice daily along with tablet Clonotril (Clonazepam) 0.5 milligrams at night for two weeks.

Consult with a doctor and take the medicine with their consent.

Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
