Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

My neck cracks every time I turn it. Been going on for about two years. There is pain daily. I have never been to a chiropractor. It is tense, and my head sometimes feels heavy.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Neck cracking could be due to bad posture loading your facet joint. So, while sleeping and otherwise, maintain good posture.

Symptoms are due to upper neck structures involvement. If it bothers you too much, go for a couple of chiropractic mobilization.

Otherwise, frequently icing your neck will help you to get rid of symptoms.

A couple of exercises will get you out of this issue permanently.

Hope this is helpful for you. Kindly revert back to me in case you need any further help in this regard.
