I have been experiencing pain in my right buttock, upper thigh, groin, and right leg, to the extent that I now require a cane to walk comfortably. This pain is accompanied by tightness in the buttock and upper thigh, and it has persisted for several months. I have a sedentary lifestyle and spend a lot of time sitting. Kindly help.
