Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

How can I stop avoiding slight discomfort? I always try to escape from the situation I face, and it only gets me nowhere. I avoid meeting people and do not go to class because I am afraid of not doing enough. But, when I try to fix that, I do not like the emotions. It is very hard. Please help.

Thank you.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Your first query consult is on us!

A slight discomfort is always there. It is not possible to do or be in a situation without discomfort. So you need to fight the situation and convert discomfort to comfort. Avoid flight and do fight. Everyone is different. So do not compare yourself to others. If you stop comparing, you will not be afraid. I suggest starting some physical exercise to get confidence.

I hope this information will help you. Please revert in case of further queries.

Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
