Hello doctor,
I masturbate approximately two times a day by watching porn and have a good erection during that time. However, while having sex with my wife my erection does not last longer even though I have feelings for her. Initially, I start with kissing and licking her body but as soon as I start with penetrative sex, I start losing erection and can not have sex for longer. But I want to have sex and an erection for a longer time. I am facing this problem for the last three to four times. Earlier I used to have a proper erection while having sex and would also ejaculate after sex.

I will try and reduce or stop masturbating slowly. Also, is there any side effect of this medicine? Should I take it before or after the meal? Should I take it only at night every day or sometime before having sex? Although I do not have any health issues currently and I do not take any medications, just wanted to know that this medicine does not affect my health.
