I want to know if there is any plant-based omega-3 supplement? I know I sound silly, but I am a vegan and already taking a few plant-based vitamin supplements to tackle my vitamin deficiency. I also want to add omega-3 to my supplement list, but they are produced from fish. However, I want to explore more and never miss any possibility. So I want to know if plant-based omega-3 supplements are available?

Given that you have a vitamin deficiency, I can exactly let you know what plant vegan sources of omega-3 you can have based on your vitamin deficiency. For example, Brussel sprouts have good amounts of omega-3, and vegan sources of omega-3 have ALA (alpha-lipoic acid). So let me know what deficiency you have, so I will recommend the vegetarian source of omega-3 that you need to balance with omega-6 too.
