I have lower back pain when I am sitting or lying down in certain positions. When I straighten my back out, and when I try to stretch it, I get pain in my middle or lower back. I am a gamer, and I sit down in pretzel style on my chair with my body leaning forward, most comfortable while playing games. I have never seen a doctor for this, and now I am interested in doing so. I would say it has got worse since the last four months due to lifting my dog that had problems with her back legs, so I was constantly lifting her all the time, and she weighed around 90 lbs.
