Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
I have been feeling low for the past few weeks after I lost my father. I have lost interest in doing any activity and always stay isolated. I am unable to concentrate on my studies also.
Please help.
Hello,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
I went through your query and understood your concern. It seems you are suffering from grief. It has created a sense of loss in your life and an empty spot. I would encourage you to express your grief. I suggest you talk to your friends. Allow yourself to grieve. Allow emotions to flow and do not block them. It is ok to miss him. Write a gratitude list for him.
I hope this has helped you.
Thanks and regards.
