Hello,

Welcome to iciniq.com.

Thank you for your query.

I understand your concern. Taking an overdose of medication will never help you. First of all, you have to be evaluated for sleep disturbance which can be a symptom of an underlying psychiatric problem. Fluoxetine can act as a stimulant and can worsen your sleep disturbance. Zopiclone can induce hallucinations when overdosed. I suggest you to stop Zopiclone and take tablet Zosert (selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors) 50 mg twice daily along with tablet Clonotril (benzodiazepine) 0.5 mg at night for a period of two weeks. Fluoxetine can be continued at 20 mg once daily in the morning along with the above prescription.

I hope this helps you.

Thank you.
