What could be the cause of delayed periods?

The periods have not come due to two reasons. First, the contraceptive pill has stopped and delayed further the already existing hormonal imbalance. Second, the pill that you have taken is under dosage, and thus, it has contributed to the delay. Now, both the dosages have created a hormone imbalance. You should wait until the expected period date this month for your periods to come. If not, first get a urine pregnancy test done if your period is delayed by two to three days from the expected period date.

The excess white discharge may be due to low immunity or trichomonal vaginitis. I would suggest you take the following medicines:

1. Tablet Forcan (Fluconazole) 150 mg once a day for three days.
2. Ointment Surfaz-SN (a combination of Beclomethasone, Clotrimazole, and Neomycin) over the vulva at bedtime.

You cannot get pregnant outside the fertile period, which may vary according to the menstrual cycle.
