Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
I am currently having a bit of a diet issue but I do not have the time to visit a doctor. The issue is that lately, I have been feeling constantly bloated and full, even if I eat little to no food. If I eat breakfast, it makes me too full and bloated throughout the day and so I had to cut it out of my meals. Currently, I eat two meals a day, lunch and dinner, sometimes a snack in between. I feel fine after eating lunch because I cut back on the amount I was eating but I do still end up feeling bloated a little. But after dinner, I always feel the most bloated and it does not go away the next morning either. I thought it was an irregular bowel movement issue. So, I tried to consume more fiber (like apples) but it did not really help. I just constantly feel bloated, gassy, full, and unable to digest and I have no idea why.
Hello,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
It may be caused due to the constipation problem. You should do regular exercise or yoga. Take ORS (oral rehydration solution two times in a day). Take a small meal at frequent interval, avoid any spicy food, take soup at breakfast. Take more water (at least 10 glass per day). You can take pineapple juice after lunch. Take half pinch ajwain (carom seeds) after any meal (one time in a day). You should meet a doctor for proper diagnosis. For more information consult a nutritionist online.
