Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I have been suffering from a cold and fever for the past few days. I took tablet Acetaminophen, but I am not recovering. I have developed headaches, sore throat, and tiredness. I am in my early 30s and unmarried. I came across one of my colleagues with the same symptoms two days before I had it.

I have important work to get done within this week, so help me recover from this doctor.

Thank you.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

It could be flu, acute pharyngitis, or tonsillitis. If the throat pain and fever are more, you will have to start on antibiotics to speed up recovery. I suggest you take (consult with a specialist doctor, talk with him or her and take medicines with their consent) tablet Azithromycin 500 mg once daily after lunch for three days and do warm saline gargles thrice a day for three days.

Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
