Hello doctor,
I am a 20-years-old male. My height is 5 feet and 11 inches, and my weight is 62.4 kgs. Recently my body has become more skinny, and my weight was 66 kgs around seven months before. The weight loss is visible on my face and arms. I do not have any other issues or symptoms. I have started a frequent workout and walk ten to 15 thousand steps every day. Lately, I have been smoking and consuming alcohol, not too much but quite a lot. My mother has thyroid, but I have never seen any symptoms till now. My sleep pattern is from 3 A.M. to 12 P.M. I take brunch at around 1 P.M., and my dinner is at 7 P.M. I have only two meals per day. I do feel tired at times and also had a few exhausting trips. What do you think is the issue, and should I be worried?
