Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern.

Since you are not sure whether you have pain in your lower back or a stomachache, I recommend checking yourself for any signs of inflammation or swelling in your lower back. At the same time, it is important to note where the pain feels more severe on the left or right side of your lower back.

Such an analysis will help us to determine whether your pain is connected with your lower back or lower abdomen.

In addition, while we diagnose your problem, apply Diclofenac ointment and conduct hot water fermentation for 15 minutes, two times a day. Such treatment might help you with pain elimination if the pain starts in your lower back. Do not sit for too long, and do not lift heavy objects by bending your back.

Performing lower back stretches in the morning will also be useful for you. In case you notice that the pain is gradually decreasing, you do not need to worry. Otherwise, you should take an X-ray of your lumbar spine.

Please feel free to contact me if you need further clarification.

Thanks.
