Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I read your concern.

In my opinion, you should start working on your core stability and pelvic floor strengthening exercises.

The pain after C-Section, most of the time, gets associated with the improper firing of the core and imbalance in pelvic muscle co-contraction. Core stability exercises like dead bugs (30 seconds for three sets), hundreds (10 repeats for three sets), superman reach along with bridging with ball squeeze 15 repeats for three sets, step ups 15 each for three sets, clamshell 10 seconds hold for six each, goblet squats 15 repeats for three sets will help you.

Kindly revert back after two weeks.

You can go for cobra stretch frequently, say 15 times at least four times a day. Stretching exercises for the gluteus hamstrings and hip flexors will help you to relieve pain faster. Keep icing frequently.

I hope this is helpful to you.

Revert back to me for further guidance.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
