Professional Bio

I began my career at R&R Army Hospital, and since then, I have had the privilege of working in various esteemed institutions, gaining extensive experience in mental health care. My journey has been dedicated to understanding and supporting the unique struggles of each of my clients with empathy and compassion. Working at AIIMS NDDTC (National Drug Dependence Treatment Centre) and serving as Head Psychologist at Zyego Wellness has provided me with deep insights into diverse mental health challenges. Additionally, I have contributed as a psychologist at Asha AWWA School for children with special needs, where I focused on nurturing and supporting young minds. I taught psychology at Queens Mary School and consulted at several hospitals, including Yashoda Multispecialty Hospital, Balaji Action Hospital, Saroj Hospital, and Tirathram Hospital. At MindfulTMS Neurocare, I assist with rTMS (repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) treatment and tDCS (transcranial Direct Current Stimulation) protocol monitoring. I hold certifications from AIIMS, Delhi and MagVenture, Denmark in rTMS and tDCS, and have built expertise in these advanced treatments having successfully delivered over 1,000 rTMS sessions. My extensive experience has equipped me to treat a wide range of psychiatric conditions, including depression, anxiety, OCD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and marital issues. I have also completed a course in hypnotherapy with Dr. Brian Weiss and am a certified NLP practitioner. I also contribute to the psychometric testing wing at MindfulTMS Neurocare, ensuring comprehensive and tailored care for my clients. I am passionate about sharing knowledge and insights through my articles, which are regularly published in the daily newspaper Amar Ujala. Additionally, I am a member of the editorial board for magazines such as Nirog Darpan and Vama Today, where I strive to make valuable mental health resources accessible to a wider audience. Also, I am an RCI certified special educator. My goal is to provide compassionate, personalized, and expert care to each of my clients.
