Professional Bio

I have done my Bachelor's in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Agriculture, Faisalabad. I have always been passionate about helping my patients by all means and dedicated to providing nutritional care to support patients' health, recovery, and disease management. Professionally, I have 3 years of experience in clinical nutrition. I have worked as a clinical nutritionist at Mujahid Hospital, where I used to deal with patients; provide them diet plans, nutritional care, and guidelines according to their medical conditions; and get follow-ups. Other than this, I have been dealing with patients through online platforms like Instagram, Fiverr, and Upwork where I conduct in-depth client evaluations, assess anthropometric data, and develop customized meal plans according to patient needs, cultural preferences, budget, and daily routine. As a nutritionist, I have addressed various queries, particularly in Sports Nutrition, such as developing diet plans, optimizing macronutrient intake, and providing pre- and post-workout nutrition, as well as support for muscle gain, fat loss, endurance, and strength training. I have expertise in dealing with conditions like diabetes, PCOS, overweight and obesity, kidney problems, liver problems, hypertension, digestive issues, cardiovascular diseases, thyroid disorders, and anemia. Through nutritional counseling I have been guiding people about supplementation, child care and nutrition, reading nutritional labels, and portion sizes. Apart from clinical nutrition, I also have 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer and freelancer in designing and managing nutrition blogs, including informative, visually appealing, and reader-friendly content related to health and wellness audiences. My goal is about supporting patients in achieving long-term health through nutrition.
