Medical Conditions - Tennis Elbow

Tennis elbow is otherwise called lateral epicondylitis. It is a condition where tendons in the elbows become overloaded due to repetitive motions of the arms and wrist. Pain occurs on the outside of the elbow, forearm, and wrist. It is managed by icing the elbow, using an elbow strap on the injured region, and taking pain-relieving medications.
