Medical Conditions - Soft Tissue Mobilization

Soft tissue mobilization is a manual therapy to treat soft tissue injuries. It helps relax the muscle tension, decreases scar tissue formation, stretches, and lengthens the fascia. It is used in upper and lower extremities, neck, and back pain. It involves various specialties like occupational, physical, massage therapy, osteopathic, and chiropractor. The first aid therapy is the RICE method (rest, ice packs, compression, and leg elevation).
