Medical Conditions - Nephropathy

The term "nephropathy" is used broadly to indicate kidney injury or disease. It can be brought on by a number of conditions, such as diabetes, hypertension, infections, autoimmune diseases, and some drugs. Proteinuria (protein in the urine), high blood pressure, and decreased renal filtration are indications of nephropathy, which frequently results in impaired kidney function.
