Medical Conditions - Influenza Vaccine

Influenza vaccine provides protection against the group of influenza viruses, resulting in viral respiratory infection and may sometimes eventually result in death. Flu shots, Fluzone high-dose, egg-free vaccines, and nasal sprays are the types of influenza vaccines. Children below the age of nine years who are not vaccinated will get two doses of the vaccine at an interval of one month; those who have been vaccinated and those above the age of nine years will get only a single dose.
