Eye pressure refers to the measurement of fluid pressure inside the eyes. It is also known as intraocular pressure (IOP). The value is measured in millimeters of mercury (mm of Hg). The normal value varies from 10 to 21 millimeters of mercury, with an average value of 15 millimeters of mercury. Too low or high in the pressure range can affect eye health and cause various vision problems.
