The core muscles include erector spinae, rectus abdominis (six-pack muscle), obliques, transverse abdominis, and multifidus. Strengthening these muscles stabilize the body, supports the spine, and improves overall fitness. The exercises include bridges, crunches, spine toe tap, bird dog, bicycle crunches as beginner moves, planks, warrior crunches, bird dog with an elbow to the knee as intermediate moves, and finally, mountain climber, side plank with rotation, Turkish get-up as advanced moves.
