Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
I have suffered from a trauma injury in the sacral-coccygeal region that led to disc desiccation and forward displacement of the S1 vertebrae. However, my lumbar spine is straight after a few months, due to muscle spasms and mid-alignment of the L5 S1 vertebra.
Please help.
Hello,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
I went through your query and understood your concern.
I suggest you consult a specialist to ascertain the need for surgical stabilization. I also suggest you start with mild pelvic stabilization exercises. Lower abdominal strengthening and gluteus stability exercises will help to stabilize your sacral and pelvic areas.
I hope this has helped you.
Thanks and regards.
