Hello, I am welcoming you to icliniq with a loving heart and with confidence that I will be able to help you with your medical issues better

Well in today's lifestyle, every individual should put effort to take care of himself and his body. Because health is wealth. I suggest you to follow a few instructions mentioned below. Start your day with a morning walk, meditation, or yoga. You can also join all three and have a routine and complete workout. Have a balanced diet with four meals per day in evening snacks which should be light enough. Go for an evening walk. Have your dinner two hours before going to bed. Drink a lot of water. Add two eggs to a meal every alternate day with milk every morning. You can also have warm-up sessions before the actual workout session which should include muscle stretching exercises and active joint movements. The workout session should have cardio for 30 minutes, with muscle strengthening with weight training. Have a cool-down session after this. I hope this has helped you. Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
