Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am very weak and thin, and my age is 26 years old. I am male, but my voice is like females. I want to be healthy. My waist is only 26 inches. How can I enlarge my waist?

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com,

You should feel proud of your waist as the waist is one of the places where the bad cholesterol settles next to the belly. All the males and females in this world have both male and female gonadal hormones. High testosterone hormone in males gives the body appearance of a male. Estrogen and progesterone hormones in females give the body shape of females. Sometimes, a few males may have little extra estrogen or progesterone hormones, which gives some physical and behavioral features to them. Voice change, mustache, beard, kindness, love of nature, and body shape are some of them. Usually, such changes get fixed after 21 to 26 of age. So, there is nothing to worry about it. You can follow some practices as follows,

1) You can modulate your voice by going to singing classes.

2) Consume Vasaka (Justicia adhatoda) leaf decoction or juice regularly (three leaves in the morning and three leaves in the evening) which modulate your voice.

3) To improve body weight (waist shape), you can consumen Ven poosani legiyam (Extracts of Venpoosani, Thazhai vizhudhu, Thennampoo) or Koozhmanda ghritha (Kusmanda, roots of Yastimadhu, Ghrita). Both are the same drugs only.

If you have other defects in male characteristics, features, or behaviors, then better consult a Urologist or Andrologist, or Psychiatrist. They can guide you to improve your male hormone level. If required, male hormone injection also can be given, but it should be the last option.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
