Welcome to icliniq.com.

Making a healthy food choice and reaching up to the required calorie count will be helpful, with a workout supplement that does not harm. I still need many details for proper medical intervention so that I can provide a customized diet plan. Till then follow these tips-

Increase a high protein diet including almonds six pieces of walnuts every day, vegetables, paneer, soya, tofu, etc.

Include chia seeds, and flax seeds.

Do follow the same workout regime, including planks, swimming, basketball, etc.

Increase fluid intake.

Do rest and take eight to nine hours of sleep.

Manage stress with meditation.

Do breathing exercises.

Manage to follow small frequent meals.

Do take a 2400 kcal diet, carbohydrates- 40 %, protein- 40 %, fat -20 %, and increase fiber intake up to 30 % of your diet.

If required need to add whey supplement (isolate).

Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
