Please help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I went through your query and understood your concern.

I am suggesting the first week's high-protein diet plan.

For breakfast (approximately 400 calories), I suggest taking any of these,

1. Take one glass of dry fruit mix milkshake and one bowl of cooked oats.

2. Take a beetroot potato sandwich with curd or a chickpeas salad.

3. Take banana pancakes with curd.

4. Take sprouts and cottage cheese.

For the morning snack (approximately 200 calories), I suggest a handful of walnuts and almonds.

For lunch (approximately 600 calories), I suggest you take one cup of vegetable curry, two whole wheat flatbreads, one bowl of lentil and rice, and one bowl of pomegranate or beetroot.

For the evening snack (approximately 200 calories), take one bowl of boiled and sauteed sprouts with onions, black salt, 10 grams of pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds mix trail.

For dinner (approximately 400 calories), take one bowl of vegetable or quinoa salad and multigrain bread with cottage cheese.

I also suggest you adjust the timings of the meals according to schedule but do not skip meals.

I hope this has helped you.

Thanks and regards.
