Q. What is the best posture while using the phone, studying, and sitting?

Hi doctor,

I think about my posture all the time, like my hands properly supporting the position of my legs. I am very much concerned about my posture. I am stressing about my posture. Can you suggest a better posture while using the phone, studying, and sitting? Kindly help.
