I think about my posture all the time, like my hands properly supporting the position of my legs. I am very much concerned about my posture. I am stressing about my posture. Can you suggest a better posture while using the phone, studying, and sitting? Kindly help.

Your problem is psychological. I suggest you join a gym and start working on muscular tone and strength. By doing this, you not only improve your posture but you keep your stress and worries away. Believe in yourself.
