Hello doctor,
I am experiencing some severe mood swings because of this disorder, and I fear I might lose all my friends and family. I get annoyed easily for small matters, and I shout at people without listening. I get emotional suddenly and throw things that are around me. Later I feel guilty for what I do, but I cannot control myself. Kindly help.
