I am well built, with 211 lbs weight and 5.3 feet in height. Everyone teases me for being obese. So I want to become fit with proper BMI (body mass index). I do not drink alcohol, but I smoke two packets of cigarettes per week. I came across various types of diets. I want to follow the keto diet because it contains many food options like fatty foods. How should I start?
