Hi doctor,

I am a 23-year-old male. I weigh 209 pounds, and my height is 169 cm. In my body structure, except for the belly and chest parts, everything is perfect. I want to reduce my belly fat as soon as possible. Please give me suggestions for that.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I thoroughly read your query and understand your concern.

I suggest you the following diet chart. Please follow this. Alternative foods are mentioned below.

  • In the early morning, drink two glasses of water and have two soaked Bengal grams. Alternatively, you can drink lemon water or have soaked fenugreek seed in water (1 glass). Soak fenugreek seed overnight and take only the water in the early morning.
  • For breakfast, have half bowl of oats meal, an apple (1 piece), sago porridge, or brown bread, and a piece of egg white.
  • At midmorning 11 AM, have a cup of green tea without sugar.
  • For lunch at 1.30 PM, take two glasses of water, and a piece of cucumber before 15 minutes of lunch. Take brown rice half cup, stewed vegetables, a bowl of dal with water, a small fish or chicken piece, and sour curd 1 cup.
  • At tea time 4 PM, have black or green tea without sugar.
  • For evening snacks at 5.30 PM, have vegetable or chicken stew half bowl or puffed rice with cucumber and onion half bowl.
  • For dinner at 9 PM, have a piece of roti with a bowl of vegetable or paneer curry.

Other tips to be followed are:

Use flaxseed in any recipe. Avoid fast food, sugary product, chocolates, and ice cream. Regular exercise is a must. Monitor your sugar level regularly. Drinks lots of water. Do not overeat.

Revert in case of queries.

Kind regards.

Hello doctor,

Thank you. How many days should I follow this diet?
