Hi doctor,

I am 16 years old with a height of 5 feet 4 inches. I am worried about my height. How can I become tall as 5 feet 8 inches?

Welcome to

Follow these steps;

1) Consume a protein-rich diet like vegetables, cottage cheese, soy, tofu, and six almonds or walnut pieces every day.

2) Include chia seeds or flax seeds in your diet.

3) Do workouts like planks, swimming, and basketball.

4) Have adequate sleep of 8 to 9 hours.

5) Increase fluid intake.

6) Manage your stress level with meditation and breathing exercises.

7) Follow small, frequent meals with a diet containing 2000 kcal in carbohydrates 40 %, protein 40 %, fat 20 %, and fiber 30 %.

8) Add supplements for growing taller.

I still need many details for proper medical intervention.
