Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am 19-year-old. My height is very short, so I want to increase my height. My weight is average. Which supplements can I take to increase my height?

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

It would have been good if you had given your weight. Then calories required for your height and weight could have been calculated. Now concentrate on protein sources. Include egg whites, lean meat like skinless chicken, and fish in your diet if you are a non-vegetarian. Follow the regular eating pattern and sleep schedule. At least one hour of physical activity, including stretching and strengthening along with either cycling, skipping, or swimming, you have to do. Drink plenty of water during the day. Avoid junk food and include dry fruits in between your meals. Sprouts, milk, dry fruits, and green leafy vegetables in your diet are good. Please provide some information about your physical activity, any allergies you have, and your periods.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
