Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

My erection is not that stronger and I ejaculate quickly and my penis skin has to be handled softly to move down. What shall I do?

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Let us deal with your problems one by one. If you are able to maintain an erection during sex, that is penis does not slip out of the vagina, it means the erection is strong enough. If it is loose and limpy and comes out of the vagina before orgasm then only you may say it is weak. If you think the erection is weak you may use a long-acting PDE like Tadalafil 20 mg twice a week.

If a weak erection is accompanied by premature ejaculation, you may use a combination of Tadalafil plus Depoxitine 30 mg. If the foreskin is frequently causing pain and get injured during the sexual act, you may have partial or complete circumcision and get rid of the problem forever.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
