Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am 30 years old and have been suffering from erectile dysfunction issues for the past year. I can get an erection but cannot sustain it, but sometimes I can get a morning erection that stays for a longer time. After taking food, the situation gets worse; I cannot get even a normal erection. The problem started when I used to masturbate a lot and sleep with ejaculation. Now I feel addicted to masturbation and sexual feelings. I am not able to overcome it. I feel depressed without any real reason.Someone suggested me to take malla sindhoor with arrowroot powder in combination to cure my issue, but I do not want to try without a doctor's opinion. I have tried many ayurvedic and unani medicines in the past year, but none of these gave me relief. Presently, I am taking Dhatupaushtik Churnaand Kesari Jivan recommended by some doctor, but my problem is not solved.I am unmarried, and this issue stresses me a lot before marriage. Kindly assess my problem and give me a solution. Could you guide me, doctor?

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern.

In order to be physically and mentally healthy, you need to reduce the frequency of masturbation. You may involve in other engaging hobbies (like pets, gardening, swimming, playing, etc.) with your friends. Pranayama or yoga practice also can help you.

Due to excessive body heat- you can always feel tired, bodyweight will not gain, or ejaculation might induce while sleeping. So, please follow these suggestions:

a) Varasura capsule - one in the morning and one at the night after food.

b) Varasura Ennai (oil)- apply on the penis before sleep.

c) Nannari Manappagu syrup- one spoon in the morning, one spoon in the afternoon, one in the evening 20 minutes before food.

d) Apply gingelly oil (Ellu Ennai) on the whole body at 8 AM, wait for two hours, then take a bath in warm water. This can be done once or twice weekly. This will help to balance your body heat.

All the above-suggested drugs can reduce your body heat and give adequate strength to your nervous system to improve erection.

Thank you.

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

Thank you for your kind reply.

I have some more questions:

1. Can only one capsule cure my problem? Since I have taken so many ayurvedic formulations in past but have not achieved any result. So is it possible to give me any extra medicines as I am trying siddha medicine for the first time?

2. Can I know the ingredients of Varasura capsules sir for my knowledge? I have checked some other websites online where Varasura tablet was not listed.

3. What is the dose of this capsule and how to take it (with milk, honey, or water)?

Thank you.

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

I read your query and can understand your concern.

This one capsule alone works in 70 % of cases as it contains many aphrodisiac (substances that increase sexual desire or pleasure) herbals. If you wish to take additional drugs, then the following suggestions can be considered:

1. Poorna Chandrodayam (PC) tablet 50- once in the morning and once at night.

Anupanam (consumption) is with the milk for all the drugs.

To understand a problem completely, a patient's physical examination, interaction, and Naadi examination are must.

Thank you.

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am taking varasura capsules and varasura oil as you said. I have marginal recovery. In my case, Nadi Pariksha needs to be done. Are you have rightly diagnosed that my body heat is out of control? I had severe hyperacidity earlier. So I took Sutshekhar Ras continuously after every meal. My acidity issues pacified. But another problem started when I eat food, I get severe flatulence, and mainly mainly mainly I feel so sleepy. My sugar levels are normal only. But I feel so fresh before breakfast, I work so confidently but the moment I take my breakfast the whole day becomes so blurry to me. I am lagging in my work due to this. Not able to concentrate the whole day. I can be fresh only when I take a nap after eating food. Please suggest medicines to correct my digestive issues.

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

For digestive issues and heat, take the following:

  1. Take Thayir Chundi Choornam tablet - 100 (2 in the mornings and 2 at night before food).
  2. Bhavana Kadukkai tablet - 100 (one tablet chewable after each meal).
  3. Use Triphaladi Tailam to apply on hair daily 30 minutes before bath. A daily head bath in the morning is compulsory.

I hope this has helped you. Thank you.

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

As per your instructions, I am taking Thaiyir Chundi, which gave me great relief. Flatulence and acidity are almost gone. This time I would like to consult you for a skin disease problem. My aunt aged 53 recently developed these red patches on her hands and legs. She feels severe itching all the time. It is there for the past two months. She went to allopathy, but it cures for a week but it comes back automatically when the allopathy medicines are over. She takes only one tablet for her diabetes. Nothing more than that. Kindly assess this condition and give me a solution. Give a remedy that could take out the origin of the problem.

Please help.
