Enhance Breathing

There is some breathing exercise that helps enhance breathing. Some of the breathing exercises include belly breathing and pursed-lips breathing. Pursed-lip breathing exercises are easy to do, and this exercise involves inhaling slowly through the nose and exhaling through the pursued lips.
