Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

Thank you for your query.

I reviewed your query. This is a one-week diet chart for diabetic patients.

  1. Morning: Two to three almonds, walnuts, and dates.
  2. Breakfast: Green tea and sprouts. Mix moong dal (lentils), matki (legumes), onion, carrot, tomato, capsicum, black salt, and lemon juice.
  3. Before lunch: Fruit chat.
  4. Lunch: Two regular chapathis or bajra chapathi (pearl millet flat bread), salad, green vegetables, dal, and buttermilk.
  5. Tea time: Tea along with murmura bhel (puffed rice salad).
  6. Dinner: Roasted or grilled chicken or baked vegetables. One glass of skimmed milk with turmeric.

I hope this has helped you.

Thank you.
