Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com. Burning sensation is because of unsuitable diet and lifestyle. The symptoms are due to local inflammation. The food or the habit that increases your problem includes spicy or chilled foods, potato, chicken, eating more amount of bread, constipation, continuously sitting in a place without moving, tight undergarment or pant, consuming more quantities of tea or coffee, not taking a bath, inserting any objects into anus, etc. So, avoiding the above things will give better relief. Please follow the advice given below: 1. Drink more water. 2. Consume curd or buttermilk or yogurt. 3. Include cucumber or pumpkin in your diet in the form of juice or salad. 4. Eating yam or colocasia daily is the best to reduce inflammation in the anus. 5. Apply ghee or olive oil two times a day (before bed and in the morning after a bath). 6. If you do not get relief even after following the above instructions, then it may be due to a worm infestation or fissure in the anus or piles or local fungal infection, etc. For that, please consult a physician or a surgeon. Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
