Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I consume the required calories, but I still crave for many foods. My stomach also hurts even when I drink water, so I always lose track of my caloric intake diet. When I eat a complete course every dinner, I wait for one to two hours before I sleep, but when I do, my upper stomach hurts, and I feel like I cannot breathe. I had a semi-ulcer last year. I am not under any medication nor taking any vitamins right now. I took antibiotic syrup, which I stopped when I did not feel any pain in my stomach. I also want to lose arm fats and belly fats. I exercise every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. What diet should I take, and what foods should I avoid?

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Your weight is normal for your height. You can eat a normal diet. Just control your fat intake. Go for a bland diet initially for few days till the pain subsides, and later you can switch to a regular diet. It will control your acidity problem. Water should not cause any problem; you can drink around 0.3 to 0.5 gallons of water in a day. You have to be careful with your fat or oil or butter or cheese intake and spices. Control on these, definitely the pain will subside. Follow the food timings properly. Eat something healthy every two to three hours. All fruits and vegetables are allowed. Restrict on organ meats and chicken or fish, and egg is permitted. Restrict on outside foods, junk foods, processed foods, bakery products, sodas, sweets, etc. Regarding exercise, you can continue the same workout. It will help in reducing your arm fat and belly fat. No binge eating and partying. Follow-up after a week.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
