Can abdominal pain caused by lead poisoning be treated by home remedies?

Query: Hi doctor, My wife is on Ayurvedic medicine for the last two months. Suddenly she has pains in the lower abdomen till foot. But I am not sure whether the cause is the Ayurvedic drug or some other vegetables or fruits (that are cultivated in the lead wastage lands or near industry lands).
