Dr. Rahul Kackar aims to promote better, patient-oriented, and evidence-based medicine. His consultation goal is not only to treat illness but also to optimize each patient's health. He is always interested in helping people with diabetes and chronic lifestyle diseases. After graduating from Nagpur University, he did three years of DNB medicine training at Jaslok Hospital Mumbai and then did his MD in Internal Medicine from the University of Seychelles. He has worked in top institutions in the country. He continued his learning and did the post-graduate program in Rheumatology at Johns Hopkins University. Then, to address the root cause of chronic lifestyle diseases, he did IV therapy and Endocrinology certification courses from the American Academy of Anti-aging Medicine, USA. He focuses on bioidentical hormone treatments, nutritional therapies, lifestyle and dietary improvements, and anti-aging medicine and has the fundamental aim to optimize health and lifestyle. He is an active member of the American Academy of Anti-aging Medicine.

Dr. Rahul Kackar published a paper on Hepatic failure with Flutamide in the Indian Journal of Gastroenterology 2003; 22:149-150 and an article on Serum cholesterol levels in cirrhosis of the liver in the Journal of Association of Physicians.
