Dr. Priyadarshini Tripathy is a board-certified Obstetrician and Gynecologist. She is a highly qualified specialist. She completed her MBBS and MS in Obstetrics and Gynecology from Utkal University, India. Following that, she worked in the United Kingdom at the Oxford University Hospital’s Fetal Medicine Unit with a training focus on high-risk obstetrics and obstetric ultrasound. She later moved to Australia and trained herself at one of the country’s largest maternity hospitals, Monash Health, Melbourne. She has also been trained as a fellow in Laparoscopic Minimal Access Surgery (FMAS), Colposcopy, and Preventive Oncology from some of the premier institutes in India. She has acquired extensive experience in the specialty over this time, and the variety of exposure has enriched her skills and is also a highly qualified academician. She is actively involved in numerous clinical trials and medical research in infertility, PCOS, and perinatal mental health.

She has also been trained in clinical research and population health at the University of Oxford as a proud recipient of the British Chevening Scholarship. Besides being a clinical specialist, and a leader in medical education and skills training, Dr. Priya Tripathy is working towards better outcomes for women and their babies in low and middle-income countries. She leads multiple maternal and newborn emergency skills training programs for health professionals and medical students in India and other countries. She is passionate about spreading her educational and clinical skills to health workers and students across the globe to empower them to improve outcomes for the women and children they look after.
