She had been teaching in an esteemed dental college and hospital for six years and reported various oral lesions, tumors, and oral cancer. Besides, she has been practicing at a private dental clinic and treating dental patients. She has also published many articles in Pubmed-indexed international journals. She is currently practicing at Dr. Namrata Singhal Clinic, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Dr. Namrata Singhal has done a research paper entitled " Immunohistochemical evaluation of Podoplanin in odontogenic tumors and cysts using anti-human Podoplanin antibody " published in the Journal of Oral Biology and Craniofacial Research, 2017. A review paper entitled " Podoplanin: A novel diagnostic and prognostic tumor marker" was published in the International Journal of Contemporary Medical Research in 2014. A Research Paper entitled" The Prevalence of Dental Anxiety & Fear among 4 to 13-year-old Nepalese Children" was published in the Journal of the Indian Society of Pedodontics & Preventive Dentistry in 2019.
