Role of SBRT in liver mets with Ca head and neck primary (Radiation Oncology)

Medical Case Details:

60-year-old male with Ca Vallecula post definitive chemoradiation which was completed in March 2019. Response PETCT is suggestive of 2 FDG avid liver lesions of 2cm each in the right lobe, no lesion elsewhere, primary controlled. USG guided biopsy of the liver lesion is done, report awaited. Is there any role of radiation to these lesions, else shall be considered for systemic therapy?
